This is my first portable player so it took a few minutes to discover that the center wheel spinned as well as toggled in the four corners. Otherwise operating the thing is fairly simple. Picture is good and audio is very good. Love this little mp3 player purchased 3 of this for me my wife & daughter. We use napster to download all of are songs. Would highly recommend this player.

My mom got this for me in Nonvember to give it to me on Christmas Day.It was brand new in the packege never opened.4 months after I got it the screen went white with colored lines down the screen.So i called sansa and they sent me a new one.When i got the new one it would not connect to my laptop at all.I suggest not to buy this product.

When my 10 year old daughter asked for a pink ipod for X-mas, my first thought was she was going to lose it. I bought it only because it was the least expensive Pink mp3 player that still has a reasonable amount of memory. She seems to enjoy it and I was impressed with all of the built in features.

Great little MP3 player...video, pictures,
radio, music...but it just died after 4 months,
but I contacted Sansa and they replaced it in
one week......love the replacement too!!
