Most everything about this pressure cooker is excellent and I think anyone who hasn't tried pressure cooking using Lorna Sass's great cookbooks or the recipes and techniques [...] With pressure cookers I have found that I can meet or beat the cooking times with my microwave which came as a surprise.
The only quibble I have with it is the fact that parts and accessories are not readily available (as with all other competing brands of pressure cookers.) If you do want parts you must look ... Read More
