I began taking this product at the suggestion of my chiropractor for leg spasms associated with spinal stenosis and sciatica.I found that the spasms were diminished by 90% in severity and frequency in short order. They have continued to be reduced by that per centage, and entirely eliminated at times,for the six weeks I have been taking it.
