Several years ago my wife and I purchased a set of Emerilware cookware and loved the quality. Skip ahead to today and I find the names Emerilware and Wusthof in the same product, this must be another great item. As it turns out the Emerilware items are not the same quality they once were and this line of knives lacks quality and I am shocked they let the name Wusthof be used to sell them.The good news is that I purchased this as a Gold Box deal and for that price I am fine with the purchase but ... I purchased this set and was very upset with the quality. It listed a retail price of 400 something dollars and was on sale for 129.99. In my opinion these knives are of poorer quality than some sets that cost 20 dollars. very disappointed in emeril.
