After using several weeks, I like my purchase. The price was reasonable for its features that I like including a cleaner close shave, running quiet, and ability to clean it under running hot water. I have used Noelco shavers for over 20 years.
Rating: - My $14 shaver was better.
Tried to give myself a decently close shave with this thing to my folly.hurt like hell, worse than normal razor burn.I had a little travel shaver that did a better job... and the blade the catches the hairs for a closer shave mostly just yanks on them, but doesn't cause a closer shave.This thing is usable, but not worth its price in the least.I wanted something I could shave with every day, and this is not it.

I just bought the Norelco 7340 from Best Buy.The razor is like all of Norelcos units...well made and simple.

My only problem is I used 3 other Norelcos...cordless...and this one seems like the battery is 'about to die' when fully charged.The heads barely turn...and I can feel them 'cut' my beard one by one almost.

Exactly like my old norelco when the battery was dying!So I took it back and EXCHANGED it for another..thinking the batteries were bad.

I have been using Norelco's for over 50 years.I still have a battery operated Norelco (1965)which I used in the Army.
Like a blog above the older Norelco were better made than today's models.When the batteries ran down I used to bring the shaver to Norelco's in NYC or Macy's shaver repair.
There are best buys for rotary shavers such as Remington's model.
Like other shavers the blades have to be replaced once a year.I have been buying my blades from EBAY.

While my initial experience with this razor was very positive, after the first week I started to notice that the quality of the shave it gave was deteriorating rapidly.It got so bad that I had returned the product for the promised refund a few weeks later.I have since found another electric razor (the Remington MS2-390, a non-rotary shaver) that's suited my needs much better.
