- Good computer for most home users
This is a pretty good computer for basic computing tasks: web browsing, office applications, and older or light games (i.e. no newer 3d games) will run fine on this computer. This is part of HPs "Everyday Computing" line and has a superior build quality to the Compaq branded computers but it will rank behind the higher end HPs.Still it's solid enough for home users who want something better than the cheap entry level offerings like Compaq or E-Machines.I've come to favor HP branded desktop ... Well,
Look like HP has good quality products, however I buy the HP Pavilion A6530F Desktop PC (2.10 GHz AMD Phenom X3 8450 Triple Core Processor, 4 GB RAM, 640 GB Hard Drive, DVD Drive, Vista Premium)based on the image / picture, and when my daughter received the box, the monitor were missing.
I guess because I am a busy person, I trusted amazon.com, because there is no monitor with the purchase, so why is a monitor in the picture.... good job setting people for failure..

- Tiger Direct is a horrible company
I do not know about this computer, but I bought one through Tiger Direct several years ago, and they sent me a DOA. After 4 months with out a computer, and very poor customer service, I ate the $1,300.00 and bought another from someone else. They refused to send me a new one,or refund my money and I actually sent this back 4 times and it was returned DOA again.
