I am very very happy with my newest addition. Money well spent!! I have nothing bad to say. Perfect It was just what I was Looking for.

I bought two of these recently when Amazon had a lower price than current. We use it to make home-made yogurt and it does the job well. The bottom is lighter than I expected but any sticky stuff comes right out with a soft scrub. A good purchase.

Finally used the pot last night and it is great! Great value - Really solid, well put together. Also ridiculously easy to wash, even if you're cooking something sticky. Will definitely buy Caphalon from Amazon again once I get around to replacing the cheap pots & pans I bought during college.

I wanted a pot that was light weight, had a good non-stick interior and was the size of my old pot.This is exactly what I was looking for.I am very pleased with it.I use this pot the most out of all my pots and pans because it's the right size for most of the quick meals I cook for my family.

The Calphalon 5-Quart Chile Pot is a terrific non-stick pan for soups, stews and small pot roasts. It is perfect for browning meat for strogonof and sweating leeks for the start of leek and potato soup, as well as for cooking up a fine pot of chile. I have been enjoying using this new addition to my family of calphalon pans.
