Bought to use in home cheese makung where exact temp. is a must. The thick walls and sturdy construction works great. Unit will hold 4 gals of milk if you fill to an inch of the top which I have.

This is a great product...and so hard to find these days.I had searched for an extra large stock pot, but really needed a double boiler for cheese making.This is just the item I needed!
