This is a conveniently small, easy to use unit.I bought it as a gift, and the recipient seems quite happy with it.I used it several times myself.While it does not warm the towel to the level of a commercial clothes dryer, it definitely takes the chill off and makes the towel comfy.
I never experienced any cold spots on a towel after using this unit.The entire towel was warm, though not uniformly, but hey, what do you expect?This is a little home unit, not a commercial spa towel ... Read More

I was vvery excited to find a towel warmer to use dduring my recovery from surgery.....worked a strange way where there was a button on the outlet piece, and the button fell off with first use.....so much for a warm towel.
