Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Worst headset EVER
This is the absolute worst headset I have ever owned. It will randomly disconnect while on the phone without any warning. The battery last about an hour if I'm lucky. I sent one back to Motorola and the one the sent back to me ended up being even worse than the first one I had. It does NOT have any sort of noise canceling at all. I will not be buying any Motorola products again.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Good quality headset
This headset is pretty good, though still a bit uncomfortable after continuous use (over 1hr). The call quality varies for the most part, sometimes it is extremely clear and other times the party being reached sounds like they are mumbling. I'm not sure if this has to do with their phones or reception but I find it always sounds better when I switch back to my phone in these instances.

Besides the headset's call quality limitations, it is quite the looker! The silvery futuristic finish ... Read More

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Beautiful design, terrible performance
I wanted a noise reducing blue tooth headset and didn't want to spend a lot of money.I got suckered into trying this because of it's beautiful design, charging cradle and Motorola name.I don't know how Motorola could put their name on this piece of crap.I got constant static on both ends of my conversation.Everyone I called complained that they could not hear me.I had to constantly repeat myself and talk very loud to be heard.I tried pairing it with my new LG Dare and also my iPhone. The ... Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Solid earpiece
After returning my Jawbone, I went to the Sprint store and asked for a solid earpiece. The H12 was the answer to that question. I received it and it has worked solid for me ever since. Calls come in loud and clear. Volume is not an issue and most importantly, ear comfort is great. Solid earpiece that delivers...

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Comfortable and light.
I have 3 different headsets and this is the most comfortable and lightweight. However, the microphone still is not clear to people I talk to. It would be great to have a mic volume control for the H12. I can hear fine but my wife says the plantronics 510 I have is better.
I like that headset, but its older, dated and clunky looking. As for the H12,I think its the noise cancelling feature that my wife is not use to...She says when I talk, it tends to fade in and out.I love the comfort of it and ... Read More
