Have spent the last year replacing my trusty Revereware with Calphalon One and must say...the change is wonderful.My last piece to replace was the dutch oven and I finally found this 5 qt Calphalon piece.I have used it for soups, stews, spaghetti sauce, and roasts, and it works beautifully.I really like it.My only complaint with this is that is does not have a domed lid like my Revereware pot, but I can manage without it.If you need a dutchoven smaller than Calphalon's typical 7 or 10 qt. ...
