- Used it for 3 Yrs, but switched to Norton AntiVirus 2009
I have used this program (in various annual iterations) for several years. At first, it seemed efficient and reasonably priced for two computers. Customer service was pretty good. This has changed radically.
Customer service is now terrible, when you have a problem. Conflicts seemed to occur regularly, with unexpected glitches. The standard recommendation in any case involving a problem beyond the most minor is to uninstall and reinstall, which I have done inumerable times over the years. ... Read More

I purchased this software several months ago based on some on-line reviews and price - HUGE mistake. After several months the software stopped scanning my drive. I would even try to start it manually via the interface, nothing would happen. After several attempts by tech support, they just stopped trying to help me. Flat out stopped - no longer returned my emails. I started asking for a refund - still no response.

BD 2008 worked reasonably well relative to other AV software I had used.When I tried to update to BD2009, however, Several bugs popped up that now leave me unable to uninstall completely or reinstall BD.I have sent .dmp files to tech support but have not received any reply.

Was easy to install. I use to use McAfee but they got too complicated to work with. This product seem easier to work with.
