- DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This game was awful. I, like a few other reviewers, had bought all of the Agatha Christie games and I expected this one to be the same. The box is very misleading, it makes you think this game is like the others but it is not. If you love hidden object/puzzle search games, then you'll love this one. I still played it anyway b/c I spent $20 on it. I beat it in just a few hours. It was so easy, it was pathetic. They had no spoken dialogue or anything. The box says "question many suspects." You can't ... Read More

- Ripped Off
In the past I have purchased other Agatha Christie PC games: And Then There Were None, Murder on the Orient Express, and Evil Under the Sun and I enjoyed those games quite a bit. I bought this one expecting the same and if you look at the cover of Death on the Nile it APPEARS as if this game is going to be like the others. It isn't. It's a hidden picture game, a virtual Where's Waldo. The clues were so obvious and the game was over and solved so quickly I couldn't see the point in playing it. Never ... Read More

Death on the Nile was the first hidden object game I've played on the computer. In that respect, it was quite enjoyable and I found it to be somewhat soothing to find objects that were SO well hidden. I liked the fact that you have five "gimmes" in which you can have the game show you were something you can't find is located. The cut scenes are decent, but not spectacular, and the storyline hews closely to the book.
I finished this game in about four hours. I was SHOCKED when it was over; ... Read More

If you are a person that likes finding hidden objects in different types of rooms by all means buy this game. You have only a limited time to find the hidden objects in each room. But do not worry, if you run out of time the objects just go intohiding again. You have as many chances as you want to locate the hidden objects. Once you find the hidden objects in all the rooms you proceed to the next section of the game. When you have to redo a room again, remember where you found the things the first time. ... Read More
