Rating: - A disappointment
Microwave was defective upon arrival. I immediately set it up after recieving it and put it through a test run. I tried to heat a mug of water (on microwave safe porcelian) on high for a minute and a half, the water was still cold. Then I followed the instructions on heating beverages in the manual by using the quick cook buttons, still cold. Finally I tried to heat the water on high six minutes and the water was still cold.
It was a major hassle because I had to return it the same day ... Read More
