I bought this motherboard to replace my aging and less gamer oriented M2NPV-VM.My processor was an Athlon 5000+ black edition socket AM2, which i used to overclock my upping the multiplier.I later changed that processor to a Phenom 940 black edition which i have overclocked too without problems.
There are plenty of features and bios settings are easy to understand.I has an express gate which allows to use multimedia and internet wihout going to windows, but i have never used that ... Read More

I have this board and like it a lot. I use it with Windows Vista and a Phenom II 940 cpu. I have a giant Diamond 4870 1 GB video card on it and there is room for one more. Many great features, and the onboard sound is the best I've heard. Usually I put in a sound card but I don't think I even need one. The manual is very helpful as well. I'm glad I chose this board to build my new PC. Great quality.
