- Love the Bissell Steam Mop....It's better than the Shark
I have owned both the Bissell and the Shark. The Bissell cleans better, is easier to use and is more durable.

- An Important Part
I have the Bissell steam cleaner mop and this is the filter you need to use for this product. It is easy to install, does a good job, and you need to replace it when the time is due.The only negative thing is that it is rather expensive, considering the cost of the steam mop. After only 4 or 5 filter changes, you have paid for another mop.
Rating:
- good replacemnt for the mop
After 3 years of usage my steam started leaking water and got my floor very wet. I thought I might need a new mop but after I changed the filter, the problem's fixed. Just remember always use distilled water, it will last longer.

- Bissel Steam Mop
I first bought the Shark steam mop.. I really liked it, but the handle was flimsy and broke.. I looked online for something a little sturdier and found the Bissel steam mop.. I like it a lot.. it has a pivot head and a sturdier handle!I'm not sure, but I don't think the Bissel's steam is as hot as the Shark's.. but it does a great job!

- Bissell Steam Mop Pads
The product does what it claims. The only thing I would note, however, is that if you have a very hard floor, such as porcelain tile, eventually the pads will get holes where the steam comes out from rubbing against such a rough surface.
