This item is innovative (only one other similar product on the market, Black Jax, and I'm pretty sure this was out first) and cool and I really, really like it - don't get me wrong.The problem is that it is not water-resistant nor that great at floating, as described on Nite-Ize's own website: http://www.niteize.com/productdetail.php?category_id=26&product_id=98

It was the christmas hit.Although my 17 year old stepson didn't have the perfect night time setting to test it out he was most excited.He'll be going off to college and who doesn't need a night time glow in the dark frisbee in college.

- Pretty Damn Cool
This frisbee is pretty awesome.It lights up bright enough that you can throw it at night.The disc itself is heavy enough that it actually flies where you throw it.Rock on.I would have given it five stars but I thought that the color changed in response to movement, but it just cycles through.I would order it again.

Amazingly, this disc flies almost as well as a regulation Ultimate disc. The light doesn't get in the way of the catch and it's proven to be durable.Scratching my head to pull out a negative and all I can come up with is that it's boring-looking in the daytime :)

As a youth minister, I am always looking for toys/games for our youth group.One of my volunteers suggested this product.I bought one and we used it on our last retreat.Combined with Glow Necklaces and moonlight, it makes for one crazy Ultimate Frisbee game.The teens LOVE it.
