I have only used this double boiler one time, but it seemed to do the job just fine. I had been looking a long time, and the price was the best I could find.

This double boiler is a great buy. Nice weight. And the price and shipping if you buy 2 is right (at least it was when we purchased them). We received them very quickly ... just in time to make our chocolate Easter Eggs! They clean up very easily too!!

If you melt chocolate or candies, or make dijon mustard, you need this pan. It is stainless steel- not aluminum and cleans up easily. We cook at home a lot, and this pan is a true time- and money saver since we don't have to spend them going to the store to look for premade ingredients- we can make them ourselves.
