Dont ever purchase Avon products, you will never get them! and after a while they answered they can't even re-send it because the S&H will be more expensive that the product you bought. I lost my money!

I am VERY disappointed in Avon and their return policy!!!! I ordered several of these mini lipglazes and some of their mini lipliner pencils to try out - they sent me the wrong color lipglaze and my mini lipliners were all melted when I received them. I wanted to return them, since Avon messed up and the products were damaged and the wrong color, and they said that I had to pay for the return shipping to get the credit back for what THEy had screwed up!
