- Love Le Creuset!
I love this pot! I can do any and everything in it-saute, boil, fry. It is very heavy, but can handle anything from stews, browning and long cooking beef short ribs to gumbo.Usually use crock pot for short ribs of beef, but they cooked just as tender and faster in this Le Creuset. This pot is good when cooking large quantities, or if you just like the pot and do not have smaller Le Creusets.

- Expensive and hard to clean
I have the 7-1/4 Quart and have been using it for months. I cook a lot, I mean everyday so it gets a work-out. Also, it is hard to clean, I have burned spots on the bottom (yes, I use non abrasive cleaners....) I really wanted this brand because of all the hype but I find it really is not worth the very and I mean very high price. (did I mention it is HEAVY ... Read More

- A great tool
My wife and I have been more than pleased with this product. It cooks beautifully. It washes up wonderfully. Although it is a little expensive I would buy it again in a second.

- Absolutely Fabulous
I have wanted a French oven for a long time and finally got a great deal on one.I just love cooking in it.It is great for throwing a meal together in minutes, stuffing it in the oven and forgetting it for a few hours, then presto, great food!It cooks evenly, cleans up fast and easy, and is so pretty I leave it out on top of the stove. This stuff is pricey, but worth every penny.I know it will last me a lifetime and I will pass it down in my family!!!
