- NO MORE SHARP CLAWS
My 2dogs/1cat were no more worried about the PediPaws than other toenail clippers. They would prefer to do neither, but I like the results. It takes a bit longer to get their nails done, but they're not sharp, there filed smooth. I can also get them shorter than before, was always afraid of cutting them too short, and now the guard protects that. Took a while for them to get used to vibration noise, but there okay about it now, only took a few times. I just continue to try and make it less stressful, ... Read More

my cats hate it.it's so easy to clip their nails using a nail clipper.... they don't even notice!but when i have this thing in hand they run!they hate the noise and the way it feels.

I ordered this product, and what a waste!I tried to get both of my dogs acclimated to the horrible sound it makes, and my dogs just freaked out, each time I tried.The vibration/griding is just not worth it.I'll just continue to clip their nails, as it's far less stress for my pets.If I could give this a ZERO star, I would!!!

The pedi paws works as "seen" not heard on tv but those dogs in the commercial had to have been heavily sedated not to hear the buzzing sound. Not as bad as a dentrists drill but close. I held the dog down, trimmed her nails quickly and easily, the cat should be an adventure, have to find the kevlar gloves first.

Neat device, but the whirring noise scared my rabbit, so back to cutting the nails for me. I give it 3 stars because it's a great idea, and it's probably better for less skitzy animals.
--I'll have to try it on my neighbor's dog and cats.:-)
